HOLIDAY Shipping Schedule:
The last day to order for standard UPS Ground delivery before Christmas was Monday, December 16th before 11am. 3 day select, Next day air and 2nd day air are still shipping options after December 16th for orders wanting delivery before Christmas.
3-Day Select Shipping: Order by Thursday, 12/19 at 10 AM EST for 12/24 delivery.
2nd Day Air Shippping: Order by Friday, 12/20 at 9 AM EST for 12/24 delivery.
Next Day Air Shipping: Order by Monday, 12/23 at 11 AM EST for 12/24 delivery.

All orders are shipped using UPS Standard Ground. Shipments arrive within 4-5 business days of the date the order is sent out. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
All orders received Monday thru Thursday will be processed the following day. All Orders received on Friday thru Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. This process applies to 2nd Day Air shipping requests as well.
Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and, FPO Addresses. Orders addressed this way will not be processed and will be held until further contact with shipper.
Tracking your Shipment: Your shipping notification email will contain a link to track your UPS shipment. The tracking number we provide is accurate, however it can take from a few hours to several days before the shipping carrier acknowledges the shipment or updates their tracking information.
Basin White Return Policy:
Due to the personal nature of our products we do not do any exchanges, refunds, or returns. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If there was an error in your online order you have 30 DAYS from the day you received your purchase to contact Basin White regarding your order’s error. Any missing or damaged products WILL NOT be replaced and or credited after the 30 days have expired. Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all orders regarding Customer Service attention. Basinwhite.com is not responsible for products affected by warm or cold weather climate (i.e. Body Butters, Shea Body Scrubs, Solid Moisturizers) and as such will not be replaced by Basin White.
